1. Who we are

By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms.

2. Products & orders

We sell the NuvAqua countertop water purifier and related accessories. Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith; minor variations may occur.

An order becomes a binding contract only when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud) and will refund any amount already paid.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in your local currency and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are shown separately before you pay.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. By paying you also accept Stripe's terms.

4. Shipping & delivery

Orders are shipped via FedEx with tracking. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

5. Your right of withdrawal (EU)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

To withdraw, inform us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with a clear statement before the 14-day period ends. You then return the goods within 14 days. We refund all payments received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of being notified — we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the product.

6. Voluntary returns (30-day policy)

In addition to your statutory rights above, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy: the product must be complete, with no missing items, in its original undamaged packaging; return shipping is paid by the customer; refunds are issued after we receive and confirm the returned product. This voluntary policy does not limit your statutory 14-day withdrawal right or your legal guarantee rights below.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

As an EU consumer you benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity (minimum 2 years) under Directive (EU) 2019/771. If the product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or a refund, free of charge.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights). Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

NuvAqua is a point-of-use water treatment device for use with water that is already declared safe to drink. It is not a medical device and does not make untreated or unsafe water potable.

9. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY], without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.
